Duties
Make outbound calls to schedule and confirm appointments
Engage with clients using consultative selling techniques to clarify needs and provide pertinent information
Utilize CRM software to log call details, update client records, and track confirmation statuses
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth operations and follow-up actions
Oversee the company's calendar
Maintain professionalism and positive communication during all interactions, ensuring a warm and engaging caller experience
Document call outcomes accurately in the CRM system and escalate unresolved issues as needed
Skills
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle client questions confidently and effectively
Proven experience in an administrative role preferably with inside sales background
Proficiency with CRM software
Experience with sales automation technologies, telemarketing, outbound calling, and deal closing strategies
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a focus on clear client interaction
Familiarity with call center operations, sales technology adoption, and sales automation tools
Ability to perform warm calling with a friendly yet professional approach in a fast-paced environment
