Process all sales transactions efficiently using POS systems such as chowbus POS, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and credit card processing.
Upsell menu items, including specialty drinks to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and adhering to food safety protocols.
Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues courteously, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Support team members during busy hours by multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining or nightclub settings.
Requirements
Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is highly preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems like chowbus POS.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently.
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and basic math for processing transactions accurately.
Experience with beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink presentation.
Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service.
