Senior Service Agent - Non-Driver (Customer Support)

Federal Express Corporation seeks a full-time customer service/clerical associate in Charlotte, NC. You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and promote FedEx services while performing essential station administration. This position does not involve driving and hours are 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
