[Remote] Back Office Rep (Part-time, Seasonal, Tech Products) Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Concentrix is a global customer experience and technology solutions company seeking a remote, part-time seasonal Back Office Representative for tech product projects. The role provides back-office support by reviewing and editing images for artificial intelligence and machine learning projects, verifying photos, correcting AI errors, and ensuring social media content is appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Provide back office support, no phone calls/chats!
• Accurately review and edit images for AI and machine learning projects
• Accurately order images from neutral to stylized
• Verifying Photos for accuracy and correcting AI errors
• Ensure the appropriateness of social media content
• Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile

Skills

• Must be able to commit to at least a 30-hour work week
• Typing speed of at least 35 AWPM
• A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
• A high school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; A work computer may be provided depending on the position offered, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed further with a recruiter)
• High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
• Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence
• The employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone/heet, and/or other office equipment as essential functions of this position. Work is generally sedentary in nature
• In accordance with federal law, only applicants who are legally authorized to work in the United States will be considered for this position
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
• 2 years of professional photography and/or photo editing experience (preferred experience with advanced photo editing techniques and software like Lightroom, Photoshop, Capture One, etc.)
