Relationship Manager/Admission Counsellor - Internship (WFH)


About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Speaking with parents who enquire about Vikalp Online School through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
2. Understanding the child's age, current schooling, learning needs, and parents' expectations
3. Explaining Vikalp's curriculum, Learning by Doing methodology, online class format, learning kits, class sizes, assessment system, electives, fee structure, and admission process
4. Addressing parents' questions and concerns clearly and professionally
5. Following up with interested parents and guiding them through the admission journey
6. Converting qualified enquiries into confirmed admissions
7. Maintaining accurate enquiry, follow-up, and communication records in the CRM, LMS, or designated lead-management system
8. Managing le systematically, categorising them by admission stage, and ensuring timely follow-ups
9. Building strong and professional relationships with prospective and newly enrolled parents
10. Coordinating with academic and operations teams to resolve parent queries and provide accurate information
11. Supporting a smooth transition from enquiry to admission
12. Developing strong knowledge of Vikalp's curriculum, CBSE and NIOS options, experiential learning methodology, learning kits, class structure, assessment process, electives, fee plans, admission policies, academic calendar, and batch schedules
13. Confidently explaining the school's offerings and processes to parents based on their requirements rather than relying solely on a sales script

Stipend:

INR₹ 10,000 - 15,000 /month

  2. 1. Have excellent spoken English and Hindi
  3. 2. Be comfortable speaking with parents over the phone
  4. 3. Have good listening and counselling skills
  5. 4. Be able to explain educational concepts in simple and clear language
  6. 5. Be organised and disciplined with follow-ups
  7. 6. Have a strong sense of ownership for le and conversions
  8. 7. Be comfortable working with targets
  9. 8. Be comfortable using WhatsApp, spreheets, CRM/LMS, and basic digital tools
  10. 9. Be patient and composed when handling multiple questions and objections from parents
  11. 10. Maintain a professional and positive communication style

Additional information:

  • Stipend Structure:
    Fixed pay: ₹ 6,000 - 9,000 /month
    Incentive pay: ₹ 4,000 - 6,000 /month
