East Texas Benefits is seeking a motivated, outgoing Appointment Setter to join our growing team! We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, communicates confidently, and is driven to achieve results.Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Follow up with le and confirm appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments.
- Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
- Previous sales, customer service, or appointment-setting experience preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills.
- Training and ongoing support.
- Positive, team-oriented work environment.
